Temperature of radiating cavity is supported constant by thermo-stabilization
system, using as sensors of temperature the absolute (ATC) and
differential thermocouples (DTC) (4), (5). Absolute thermocouple
ATC is bolted on the bottom of cavity. Junction of other thermocouple,
designed in accordance with differential scheme, bolted on side-wall
surfaces and heater bottom. Thermo insulation (6), (7) is bolted
over heater windings, and closed overhand by the internal metallic
cover (8). Between the screen and external body there is a cavity,
blown out by the external air, entering through input ventilation
holes (10) from the fan (9), installed on the back torah of
cover (11).
External cylindrical body of heater is constructively and electrically
(12) united with the block of power supply and thermo stabilization
system located under the heater cylinder.
In the power supply and thermo stabilization unit there situated
decoupling transformers (T1…T6) for feeding the heaters.
On the right on the front panel of block (refer to Photo on
Fig.2) it is installed the universal controller EUROTHERM Mod.2416/CC,
to which there are connected the absolute thermocouple ATC and
solid-state relay CRYDOM, controlling the heater winding on
radiator bottom.
Differential thermocouple DTC, registering temperature difference
between bottom and winding, connected to 16-bit ADC, operated
by the microprocessor. The signal controlling the turn-on of
bottom winding, also enters the microprocessor. Depending on
polarities of differential thermocouple DTC signal, the microprocessor
enlarges or reduces duration of signal controlling the heating
of side-wall windings. As a result, a difference of temperatures
between bottom and side-wall surface of radiator indemnifies.
The FRONT panel of thermostabilization block (refer to. Photo)
contains EUROTHERM controller panel, the power-on button and
two LEDs, lighting when voltage presents on bottom and side-wall
heaters.
The REAR panel of thermostabilization block contains the double
AC power plug, one part of which is connected to AC outlet,
and the second is connected by cord to air-fan. One can find
there also three fuses: one - for input power, two others are
installed in heater chains. |
